Living with kidney disease can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to go through it alone.
ReMend Online Support Community is hosted by ReMend Mentors who have personally navigated kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant. It’s a welcoming space where you can connect with others who truly understand what you’re experiencing.
Each session is intentionally small (just 6–8 participants) to keep the experience comfortable and meaningful. Spots are limited.

This group is open to:
Individuals living with chronic kidney disease
Those preparing for or currently on dialysis
People exploring transplant or adjusting post-transplant
Care partners and loved ones
